Vanessa Hudgens vs. Julianne Hough: Who Wore It Better?

Julianne Hough of Dancing with the Stars and Vanessa Hudgens both looked adorable in a Jay Godfrey dress, but who wore it better?  This is a tough one, but I think my vote goes to Vanessa.  It looks like she must have had her dress tailored to fit her better.  It looks shorter than Julianne’s dress.
