Zac Efron was at Ashley Tisdale’s belated 23rd birthday party in the DKNY jeans beach house in Malibu this Saturday. They munched on pink taco chicken, fish tacos, and chocolate cupcakes with pink frosting. Zac said of Ashley.. “She is sweeter than this cupcake!”
