Britney Spears Misses Her Child Custody Deposition AGAIN

Believe it or not, Britney Spears missed her deposition for her child custody case against Kevin Federline again today. TMZ is reporting this is the fifth time she's bailed. Last month, she skipped her deposition saying she was too sick, but TMZ caught her out partying later that night. This time the excuse is that her lawyer doesn't want to represent her anymore. What a mess!
In a related story, Britney has been seen around town with a certain photographer, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib. Despite the fact that Adnan is married, he and Britney have been seen spending a lot of time together in hotels. Just yesterday, they checked into the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs at 2:00 a.m. and checked out at 7:00 a.m. Adnan claims he's taking pictures of her for a book. Whatever they're doing, it's not helping her get her kids back. Check out the latest pic of Britney and Adnan.
