Lip Enhancing Gloss
What are some basic make-up tips and products I can use for school?

I'm starting high school in a week and I would love to wear a little bit of make up to enhance my features. I have really dark brown eyes - almost black - and I want to bring out the brown in them as well.

Also need:
- Good mascara?
- Eyeliner?
- Bronzer?
- Eyeshadow?
- Clear lip gloss? (I love the color of my lips!)

Drugstore products please, I don't have much to spend. :P

Good mascara - Rimmel London Glam Eyes Mascara, $8
Eyeliner - L'Oreal Paris Infallible Mechanical Eyeliner, $11
Bronzer - Rimmel London Natural Bronzer, unsure of price
Eyeshadow - Maybelline New York Eyeshadow Quads, $6 - these are great for beginners, they tell you how to apply the eyeshadow in a way that always turns out well
Clear lip gloss - not sure? Any lip gloss brand will probably do here, but perhaps L'Oreal's double-sided ones, so you can have both a colour and clear gloss. I use those, they're very good.

Basic makeup tips:

- Always apply eye makeup first, or you might ruin your face makeup (if you wear any).
- Always apply mascara before any other eye makeup, so if you mistakenly get some on your brow, you can take it off without removing any shadow.
- Always buy concealer a shade lighter than your foundation.
- When curling eyelashes, you can heat it under the hair dryer for about 3 seconds and use the heat to make your lashes look longer.
- To help with clumping of eyelashes, you can use an eyelash brush to separate lashes.
- If your mascara seems to be clumping a lot, try wiping the product off of the brush; it may seem like a waste, but if the brush is clogged up, clumping occurs easily.
- Don't use wooden pencil eyeliners. They suck, and they hurt. If you're going to use a pencil, use a mechanical one. They're easier to sharpen, easier to use and are much easier on your eyes.
- Above all, do not use too much makeup, don't go overboard. Never underestimate the power of an understated or natural look; if done correctly, it can look even better and enhance your natural beauty more than a dramatic look.

Get Best Solutions for Fuller Lips

If you are looking for a way to create the illusion of fuller lips by using makeup you can easily do that with a lip pencil. Choose a lip pencil that is close to your natural color as possible. Carefully line the lips with the lip pencil drawing the outside the natural line of your lips. Make sure the tip of the pencil is sharp to give the appearance of fuller lips. Stay on the outside natural lip; you do not want to draw too far outside of your natural lines; or else it can make you look like you have clown makeup on.

Simply apply the Firming Line Smoother to smooth out lip lines and wrinkles, and to emphasize the outline of your lips.

Choose a lip-gloss slightly lighter than your lipstick. After you've applied lipstick, dab a touch of gloss on the lower lip, right in the center and blend slightly with a lip brush.

Besoplex Lip Enhancement is quite simply a lip balm enhanced with collagen that is formulated to naturally soften and plump the lips without the need of a surgical procedure. Besoplex Lip Enhancement lip balm works effectively through the use of proprietary technology that uses microbead technology which delivers the Hyaloronic Acid formula used in the product to soften the lips, reduce dryness, hydrate and plump the lips easily, effectively and permanently. The product can safely be used as much as one likes without any negative side effects.

Another choice is any basic lip primer product that smoothes out lip tissue so color goes on smoother and more reflective,-- giving lips the illusion of greater fullness.

Blend a touch of concealer or highlighter at the bow of your lips and right under the lower lip.

Apply step one around the lips to lift and firm. The firming effect will enhance the performance of Step Two while diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around your lips, creating a plumper look. Step One, once applied, will have an instant freshness sensation. The cooling sensation is enhanced by antarcticine, a product found in the Antarctic Sea. Any lines you may have will amazingly disappear, revealing plump, sexier lips.

One word of caution though, if the pump is used for too long with each individual treatment, or the suction is too vigorous and severe, it will cause your lips to bruise. So start slow, and be sure you are not in discomfort as this is a sign the lips may bruise. Be cautious and mindful of this, and stick to the recommended treatment times. If the suction is too much, reduce the pressure by releasing the nozzle until it is a comfortable "tugging" sensation. This device is truly a great way to achieve a dramatic increase in lip size, and is a great "special occasion" beauty tool. It is a Hollywood standby for photo shoots and a favorite trick of models and actresses to get the lips extra plump and full.

Many patients want fuller lips, a more pouting look or enhancement of the vermilion border. Lip augmentation can be divided into two steps: Contouring and Pouting and Fullness. To achieve pouting and/or fullness, both the Medium and Thicker Gel can be used. To augment the vermilion border and/or to define the philtrum ridges, the Medium Gel is recommended.

Lip Serums and Potions came on the scene and they have been snatched up by women on most every continent. Buyer beware because even those innocent and sometimes very expensive, gooey lip preparations that promise to enlarge your lips may subject you to a very nasty surprise, especially if you are sensitive to certain chemicals and ingredients.
