SATC Sequel gives Sarah Jessica Parker some regret

After giving birth her surrogate-born twin daughters, Marion and Tabitha, Sarah Jessica Parker admits that she didn't realize how hard it would be to start filming SATC only two months after her twin's June birth.
The star insists that the sequel will be a "romp" as comparison to the serious subject lines of the first one.
