America's favorite TV mom, a "Knight Rider," a "dirty dancer" and more were all on hand for the premiere of the 11th season of "Dancing with the Stars."

"The Hills" reality star Audrina Patridge and professional partner Tony Dovolani kicked off the season with the Cha Cha Cha. Head judge Len Goodman was the first to critique. He said, "You came out and you danced with confidence. I thought you had a good technique. A little more feisty is what we want." Bruno Tonioli commented, "You look like a beautiful show pony that needs to be pushed to the limits. You have everything this competition needs. You need to be much sexier and much sharper -- things to remember for weeks to come." Carrie Ann Inaba told her, "What I think is so great is you started season 11 with a solo. That takes cojones. You have the right attitude and body for this show. You need a little more "connectiveness" [between your beauty and your sexiness]. They were awarded a 19 out of a possible 30 points by the judges.

Dancing second was Kurt Warner and his partner Anna Trebunskaya with the Viennese Waltz. Bruno complimented him, saying, "You seem to have a natural stage craft. You smile. Everybody is looking at you. [You have] timing. I can see great potential." Carrie Ann pointed out, "You are definitely a legend on the football field. It remains to be seen if you are a legend on the dance floor. I definitely see potential. The way the audience connected with you … there is something natural." Len dissented, telling Kurt, "I am so glad these two liked it. The waltz needs grace and limited movement. To me it had little to commend it." Kurt and Anna tied with Audrina and Tony at 19 points.
